Ugame Ulearn! The User Experience

I'm sitting quietly at home, using my laptop to view a great live conference/symposium at TU Delft in the Netherlands. At the core, the presentations are showing how to create better experiences for library and museum users. (Twitter hashtag for the conference is  #ugul10)
