Lake Wallace


Lake Wallace is one of three storage dams used by Delta Electricity, the others being Thompson's Creek Dam and Lake Lyell.


Lake Wallace was constructed in 1978 and is owned by Delta Electricity. It has a surface area of 125 hectares and an average depth of 3.4 metres. It is also used for recreational sailing as well as fishing ( mainly Brown & Rainbow Trout as well as Australian Bass).
